AS WITH ANY COMPANY GOING BACK TO THE TIME OF INCEPTION, IT BEGINS WITH A VISION.

My name is Josh Call, Designated Broker at Call Realty and this is our story.

In 1996 I obtained my real estate license in Arizona, following in my Dad’s footsteps. In 1999 I became an associate broker in preparation to build a brokerage. I started Call Realty in 2001 and built cutting edge transaction management software to scale my business. This allowed us to grow quickly and become one of the first paperless real estate brokerages. Within a few years, Call Realty grew to over 400 real estate professionals throughout the state of Arizona. To date, Call Realty continues to play an important role in the real estate community.

WE WERE IN THE BUSINESS LONG ENOUGH TO HEAR OF THE DIFFICULTIES MANY OF OUR CLIENTS WERE GOING THROUGH FROM THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES THEY WERE USING.

We knew the time was long past due so we began to incorporate property management services. This started in 2008 and our goal was to not grow fast but to learn, grow smart, and improve the system.

The Journey has been challenging yet AMAZING! The relationships and service to those we care about have been rewarding. Working with many investors and owners in the past from one property to several, I have learned that numbers must make sense to make investments happen. Profits are consumed by recurring costs. My goal was to keep our fees low and operate efficiently so that owners and investors can make the numbers work. Exceeding expectations and maintaining a company with complete transparency is the key to our success. The only way to make this possible was to have the right staff and the right system in place.

Melissa McKenna has an extensive resume background in property management with raving reviews. She handles the daily operations, accounting, software, and maintenance requests. If you’ve had the experience to work with Melissa in the past, I think you’d agree that she is a 1 in a million type of person. We are grateful to have her leading our team as the Property Manager.

Mindy is the heart of the company that keeps the brokerage beating to a constant tune. Mindy protects the brokerage, clients, and our fellow real estate professionals through her knowledge in compliance. She is driven by the success of others and her support is proof of that.
